Events Team Member

Classification: Non-Exempt
Supervisor: Director of Business Development

Job Summary:
The Events Team Member is responsible for the planning, registration, execution, and attendance of farmers market and other assigned sampling events. When farmers markets are unavailable, the Events Team Member will be available to work other tasting and promotional events at the Oregon Sales Manager’s discretion. Hours for this position will be approximately 40 hours per week during the market season, and may be reduced to 32 hours when markets are not available. In addition to other tasting events, miscellaneous outreach tasks may be assigned during slower seasons to ensure this role maintains benefit eligibility status.

California Sales Manager

Classification: Exempt

Job Summary:
The California Sales Manager is responsible for executing the Company’s sales goals in the assigned state, managing pricing models, distributor orders, programs and incentives at the wholesale level, calling on key accounts, training and supervising 2 Towns sales reps, and working closely with distributor partners.
