Given the recent surge in COVID-19 cases, driven by the Delta Variant, we have decided to cancel the 2021 Harvest Party.
The Harvest Party has always been such an important event as it allows us to come together as a community and express our thanks to all of you, our wonderful supporters, that have given us so much support over the years. We knew that this year would come with its own set of challenges, and in order to make an event like this possible, our team has worked diligently with the Oregon Health Authority and the Benton County Health Department to ensure that protective measures were taken throughout all stages of event planning.
This decision was made due to the nature of Harvest Party and potential risks associated with bringing people together during the recent resurgence of the virus. In order to keep everyone safe from potential unnecessary exposure, we have decided that it is in the best interest of our community and everyone involved in putting on the event to push the Harvest Party to 2022.
We apologize for the inconvenience this last-minute cancelation will likely cause, and will be processing full refunds immediately for anyone who had purchased tickets.
There will also be no virtual event this year, due to planning the livestream around the in-person event. For those looking for a way to show their support and celebrate despite the curveball this year has thrown us, we have a Harvest Party bundle featuring a Limited Edition Variety 12-Pack with some bonus Harvest Party favors available in the Tap Room, or delivered locally through our website.
We are disheartened that after eagerly anticipating this event we will not be celebrating the love of craft cider with our community, but we feel we have made the right decision given the unfortunate timing of the circumstances outside of our control. We truly thank everyone one on our team for their hard work and thank our community for your continued support through these challenging times.
We look forward to celebrating with everyone again as soon as we are able to safely do so. In the meantime, stay safe friends!
