WHEN IS THE WINE WALK?

April 8th, at 3pm

 

THIS IS MY FIRST ONE. HOW DOES IT WORK?

It’s a simple concept that pairs wineries up with, and inside of, local retailers.

You get to sample some of the best wine in the country, and get to shop local in the downtown Corvallis area! It’s a great way to show that you support your local business community, and drink while you do it!

As a reminder, you have to consume the alcohol while in the location it is served. No alcohol is permitted outside while you’re walking to the next location.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO PARTICIPATE?

It’s simple!

You need a wine glass, some wine tickets, and a comfortable pair of shoes.

You get the wine glass and tickets from us. Don’t bring your own!

 

MUST BE OVER 21

Yes, you have to prove you’re over 21 to get a glass so bring your picture ID.

You will be given a wristband that cannot be removed without cutting it.

Alcohol will only be poured to people with a wristband. No exceptions.

 

HOW MUCH IS THE GLASS?

The glass will be $25, and you’ll get 5 tickets with it.

You get to keep the glass afterward!

 

WHAT DOES A TICKET GET ME?

One ticket gets you one 1oz pour.

You can use them each at different locations or, if you have a favorite, you can use multiple tickets at the same location.

 

CAN I BUY EXTRA TICKETS?

Yes you can, and we hope you do!!

They’re sold for $5 for a group of 5

We don’t sell individual tickets.

 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE TICKETS?

You can pay with cash, or using the KUTO APP

We do not take credit cards

 

WHAT IS THE KUTO APP?

This is an exciting new payment method that will allow you to purchase your tickets and glass without waiting in line! You can learn more about it, and download it ahead of time, here.

You can also use it at other participating locations downtown!

They’ll even give you $6 in credit just for getting the app set up!

 

AND THERE’S MORE…

Anyone who pays with Kuto will also be entered in a raffle for some fabulous prizes, INCLUDING a gift basket and a refund of your purchase for your glass and tickets!

CAN I BUY TICKETS SEPARATELY?

You can go back to the Inkwell or Restyle and buy tickets.

(please note the Museum is JUST selling tickets and not the glasses)

 

 

NOTE: The Kuto app will be located at all three locations for any type of purchase.

 

 

CAN I BUY WINE FROM THE WINERY?

Absolutely! We strongly encourage you to take advantage of the pricing many of the wineries will use for this event. Stock up, and buy a bottle for your friends.

If you don’t have friends, buy a bottle for us!

 

AM I ALLOWED TO WALK AROUND WITH WINE?

No. All wine must be consumed on site.

If you buy a bottle from the winery, you will have to wait until you get home to crack it open.

Please obey all signs and local laws and rules.

 

CAN KIDS BE PRESENT?

Absolutely! Bring the kids for some shopping!

Obviously we will have alcohol monitors wandering around, making sure there is no underage drinking. Again, anyone without a wristband may not drink!

 

CAN I BRING MY PET?

Of course! Corvallis is very pet-friendly.

Some locations however, may have rules against animals in their stores, especially the restaurants. Please respect all retailers’ rules regarding animals.
