  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp. light brown sugar
  • 1½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 6 oz. 2 Towns Outcider
  • Grated nutmeg, to garnish (or cinnamon stick)
  • Whipped Cream


  1. Heat the milks together with sugar, and vanilla in a small saucepan over high heat; cook, whisking, until
    frothy and steaming.
  2. Stir in 2 Towns Outcider and continue cooking for 1 more minute (best to have cider at
    room temperature).
  3. Pour into a coffee mug; top with whipped cream and garnish with nutmeg or a cinnamon stick.
