We spent over a year searching for the best mango growers to work with to get an amazing Alphonso mango juice to use in this margarita and have accentuated that with the fruity tropical notes of habanero pepper. The goal was to make a great mango/tropical profile that delivered great mango and habanero flavor while adding just enough heat to enhance the experience while keeping the spice level at a point where everyone will love it.
