What happens when the team wants to try an experiment and everything goes terribly, terribly right? Chocolate Marion, that’s what. For the third iteration of this beauty, we worked again with local award-winning chocolate maker Moku Chocolate. Their cacao husks are met this year with roasted Tanzanian cacao nibs. The resulting beverage has a sweet bite of up-front acidity from marionberries, deep and rich chocolate aromatics, and a soft vanilla finish.
