As the official craft cider of the Portland Thorns NWSL soccer team, we invited their players down to the Ciderhouse to collaborate on a craft cider that screams “WE ARE THE ROSE CITY!”

Two Thorns juggles Pacific Northwest raspberries and fragrant damask rose petals for a striking berry cider that is both elegant and lively.  We add crushed raspberries directly to the fermentation tank, while the rose petals are added to the cider after fermentation has been completed and the the tank has been cold crashed. The result is a cider with raspberries shining through with tons of fresh cane fruit character, and the rose petal notes that blend seamlessly to create a wonderful floral high note to this cider.
