Starting with Dead Guy® barrels from our friends just down the road at Rogue Ales & Spirits we fermented fresh-pressed apples on oak with warming spices. The result is a bold imperial sipper with beautiful apple notes up front, warming spices in the middle, and oaky tannins on the finish. This collaboration is sure to scare off winter and warm you to your bones.
