Made Marion Gin Flowers
For Syrup:
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Water
6 stems fresh Thyme
1 cup Blackberries
Combine, bring to a boil then turn off heat once blackberries begin to fall apart. Let cool to room temperature. Strain and save in a small jar.
For cocktail:
2 TBSP Blackberry-thyme syrup
2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Elderflower Liquer
4 oz Made Marion
Blackberries and thyme sprigs for garnish
Fill glass with ice and pour ingredients over ice. Gently stir and serve.
