Fuji to Hood: Japan/Oregon Collaboration Festival announces 2024 Beer/Cider List, Food, Crafts, Performances, and Music
Collaboration beers and ciders will be served alongside Japanese specialties like ramen, sushi, sandwiches, baked goods, shaved ice, and with entertainment ranging from Taiko drumming, traditional dance, DJs and vinyl, martial arts, and imported vintage cars.

a bone dry unfiltered farmhouse cider ABV: 7.3%. Made with a PNW blend of apples fermented with a wild culture from Japanese raw maple sap & honey, along with a house brett strain.
