LB Oktoberfest
When: Saturday, October 14, 2017
Format: Unlimited Tastes! LB Oktoberfest moves to a 2-session, UNLIMITED tasting format this year featuring “limited attendance” and more craft beer options (compared to last year) to choose from. Each session is 2.5 hours in length. Tickets for each session are sold separately. Each attendee receives a 5oz souvenir acrylic tasting mug. Please note that this is a “boutique” tasting event with 10-12 breweries represented, not the 40-60 you find at large-scale events. However, the crowd will be much smaller and wait times should be shorter!
Hours:
Session 1: Noon to 2:30pm (alcohol service ends at 2:30pm; attendees must clear the venue by 3pm)
Break: 2:30pm to 3:30pm
Session 2: 3:30pm to 6pm (alcohol service ends at 6pm; attendees must clear the venue by 6:30pm)
Note: Attendance is limited for each session
Cost: $25.00 Per Session–Online 9/18 Thru 10/13 (good for one session only)!$30.00 Per Session at the Venue (good for one session only)!Please note: Due to the limited venue capacity, there are NO Designated Driver tickets available for this event.
Souvenir Mug: Attendees receive a 5oz souvenir mug. Attendees may only use ONE mug. Please do not bring mugs from other events. If you are caught drinking from more than ONE mug you will be asked to leave the event.
Where: The Pike Outlets; Upstairs Above the Nike Outlet Store.
Breweries: A variety of Craft Beers & Hard Ciders serving Fall, Oktoberfest & Seasonal offerings. Best efforts will be made to provide an authentic German Beer, but this is not guaranteed. Brands and actual number of breweries and/or cideries is subject to change.
Activities: Traditional Mug Holding and Giant JengaMusic: DJ Jammit belts popular tunes while mixing in traditional German Oom Pah music (i.e. the chicken dance). Sorry, but no live bands at this venue.
Food: LB Oktoberfest will feature delicious eats available for purchase. We’re gonna try for German food and at least two options, but can’t guarantee it! Whatever food options we end up with, they will be delicious. And you can always visit one of The Pike Outlets many fine restaurants and/or bars!
Vendors: A very limited number of vendor booths are available; first-come, first-serve.
Charity: Proceeds Benefit the Long Beach Marine Institute & Make-A-Wish.
Age: All attendees must age 21.
Sorry, no pets, strollers or children allowed.
