Cranberry Walnut Stuffing
Ingredients
- 3/4 cups of NICE & NAUGHTY
- 6 cups Stale Bread Cubes
- 1/3 cups Onion
- 3/4 cups Fresh Cranberries
- 1/2 cups Walnuts
- 1 cup Peeled Apples
- 1/3 cups Celery
- 1/2 cups Melted Butter
- Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Loosely chop Onion, Cranberries, Walnuts, Apples & Celery.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl, adding more NICE & NAUGHTY as necessary to get an appropriate level of moisture. You want the bread to still be a bit springy and not overly soaked.
For Stuffing
- Loosely stuff Turkey with the mixings, making sure to leave plenty of room for air to get in so the bird can cook from the inside as well.
For Dressing
- Heat oven to 375° F.
- Fill a 9″ x 13″ baking pan with the mixings, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove aluminum foil and bake for another 15 minutes until the top is crispy to your liking.
