Are you 21 or over?

No

There’s something special about putting in the work to produce something that’s eloquently beautiful.  Apples collide with a press to create a luscious, caramel colored juice brimming with a rich sweetness cascading into a vessel ready to be fermented.  Crush is something that we look forward to every year and brings great appreciation and love for nature’s bounty.

The term craft cider means many different things to different people.  To us, here at 2 Towns, it means selecting the highest quality, local ingredients to bring you a spectacular final product.  It also means slow, cold fermentation and an array of different apple varieties to bring forward different flavors & characteristics.

The varieties we choose for our specialty ciders differ from vintage to vintage.  For our small crush done at the cellar of our taproom, we chose apples that range from bittersharp to bittersweet, high acid to high tannin and some desert apples for some sweetness and body.
