A great batch drink to add to your list of party favorites once it’s safe to gather again, you can even make the mix a day in advance and add ice upon serving.

Have someone who really hates ginger, and you need to appeal to their flavor based sensibilities? You can easily swap out the ginger beer for Sprite, POG, or any citrusy beverage. It won’t be quite the same, but it is still sure to be delicious!

Ingredients

• Ice cubes
• 1/2 cup Cosmic Crisp®
• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
• 1/2 cup chilled ginger beer
• 1 oz Vodka (we recommend Wild Roots)
• 1 lime wedge

Instructions

1. Fill a copper mug with ice.
2. Combine Cosmic Crisp, lime juice, vodka, and ginger beer in the mug.
3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
4. Enjoy your Cosmic Mule!
