Our unfiltered OutCider is made with Northwest-grown Jonagold apples. Known for their big and juicy floral character, this apple was bred in New york in the 1950’s by crossing Jonathan and Golden Delicious.
The majority of our Jonagold apples are grown in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. The region’s cool nights produce a higher acid apple while retaining more floral character than in warmer climates.
Once pressed, the vibrant and delicious Jonagold juice is then blended with a number of high acid apple varieties from Washington for a cider full of big juicy aromatics, tropical notes and full mouthfeel.

- Hazy, unfiltered, light straw color.
- Natural, unfiltered. Fresh, harvest apple character.
- Intense juicy apple aromas, tropical fruit, floral.
- Balanced, semi-sweet, easy drinking, not cloying or syrupy, sweetness comes 100% from fresh juice, no added sugar.
